- Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer support team at jasmine@bravonti.store and provide your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with further instructions and a return address.
Securely package your item and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
Ship the item to the address provided.
- Refund Process
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it and automatically refund the funds to your original payment method within a certain number of days (depending on your payment provider). - Return Shipping
Domestic Returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
